Thank you for shopping with us. We aim for full satisfaction, but if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund only. Please read the details below carefully.
All return requests must be submitted and shipped within 14 days from the purchase date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all packaging and labels intact. If you purchase multiple units, you may return any unopened items even if one unit has been used, but opened or partially consumed products cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@tennisfuel.ch to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After obtaining the RMA, pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail it to the address below:

Please note that all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties or import taxes, are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Allow at least 14 days for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your payment method depending on your bank or card issuer. You will be notified via email once the return has been processed.
For items that are defective or damaged, please contact us directly to arrange a refund or exchange.
